What is Create Lab Studio?
Create Lab Studio is a platform where multidisciplinary teams collaborate to produce animated episodes. Each episode goes through a structured production workflow.

Projects
A project is the top-level container — for example, an animated series. It holds all episodes for that series.
Episodes
An episode is a single installment of a project. Each episode has a team of creators assigned to it (one person per role), and goes through statuses from Draft → Active → Completed.
Scenes
A scene is a segment of an episode — a location and time slice. Scenes contain the actual content.
Scene Blocks
The smallest unit of content. A block is either:
- Dialog — a character speaks a line, with optional voiceover, frame image, and video
- Action — a stage direction or beat, with optional sound effects
The production workflow
- Scenes and dialog/action blocks are created and written
- Blocks are refined; frame images and video are generated
- Character and location artwork is created
- Voiceover audio is recorded and saved for dialog blocks
- The project is managed, reviewed, and published
