Comments & Feedback
Comments allow team members to leave notes, flag issues, and request changes directly on individual scene blocks.
Adding a comment
- Hover over any block in the scene
- Click the 💬 speech bubble icon
- The Comments panel opens
- Type your comment and press Send
Requires comment:create permission.
Assigning a comment to a role
When leaving a comment, you can assign it to a role. The assigned role sees the comment highlighted with a pulsing red indicator on the block — this makes it easy to spot blocks that need your attention.
Comment indicators on blocks
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| No badge | No comments |
| Yellow badge with count | Unresolved comments on this block |
| Pulsing red badge | Comments assigned to your role that need attention |
Resolving a comment
Once the requested change is made, click Resolve on the comment. Resolved comments are hidden by default but remain in the history.
Requires comment:resolve permission.
Deleting a comment
Click the Delete button on a comment to remove it permanently.
Requires comment:delete permission.
Best practices
- Be specific — mention the exact issue ("The timing at 2:30 feels too fast")
- Assign to the right role so the notification reaches the right person
- Resolve comments promptly once addressed — this keeps the block indicators clean
- Don't delete comments that might be useful for context — resolve them instead
